ReThinc Advertising is looking for an energetic person to join our team as a digital marketing specialist. The perfect fit is someone that has 1-3 years of experience working in digital marketing. Must have organic social media knowledge as well as experience running paid campaigns. Other duties include content creation, email marketing, PPC, data analysis, research, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is driven, smart, and detailed-oriented. We are also seeking a candidate that is highly creative and easy to get along with.
*Bonus points for having an understanding of HTML and website structure (specifically WordPress).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Working on daily tasks including SEO, PPC or social media campaigns
Provide copy support for the digital department in areas including SEO, basic website management, social media, and digital ad campaigns
Working on daily tasks that include social media campaigns, email campaigns, SEO, PPC and other digital executions
Provide copy support for digital marketing campaigns
Monitoring and managing client budgets accurately
Brainstorm and research content ideas
Compiling reporting for clients weekly/monthly
Work with clients, co-workers, and AI platforms to create written messages for a wide variety of audiences
Build positive relationships with clients and co-workers
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1-3 years of experience or a ton of enthusiasm combined with the ability to learn
Account management experience (Google Ads / Facebook Ads)
Understanding of SEO & Google Analytics
Strong writing, editing, and copywriting abilities
Idea generation and research skills
Basic understanding of marketing and consumer behavior
Familiarity with WordPress
Willingness to learn and improve skills on a regular basis
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (*Adobe Products a plus)
