POSITION
social media coordinator
ReThinc Advertising is looking for a motivated person to join our team as a social media coordinator. Being a part of our family means you’re willing to work hard, open to challenges, and driven to do more in order to grow.
The perfect match for us has an understanding of marketing, experience with social media, knows how to produce content, is detailed in their work and willing to learn and grow. We’d prefer that you have experience running paid social media campaigns but if you’re smart, hard-working and willing to learn, we’ll consider you as a candidate. Other duties will include content creation, data analysis, research, and reporting.
Note – this is an in person position, so dust off the business casual attire.

The ideal candidate is hard-working, smart, and driven to succeed in an ad agency environment. You also need to be detail-oriented and a highly creative thinker.
*Bonus points for having an understanding of Creative Cloud and other social media design programs.
duties & responsibilities
Creating and maintaining content calendars for ReThinc and clients
Create content for organic and paid social media for ReThinc and our clients
Understand the goal, audience, and message of a social media campaign with the correct copy to suit it
Writing and editing copy for both paid and organic campaigns
Ability to create graphics for use on social media in a timely manner.
Monitoring and managing client budgets
Brainstorm and research content ideas
Regularly report insights gained from social media monitoring to internal and external clients
Work with various individuals throughout the organization to support the crafting of written messages to a wide variety of audiences
Build positive relationships with clients

2+ years of experience in a similar position
Account management experience (Facebook Ads)
Strong writing, editing, and copywriting abilities
Idea generation and research skills
Basic understanding of marketing and consumer behavior
Familiarity with social media management software
Willingness to learn and improve skills on a regular basis
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (*Adobe Products a plus)
