Know your way around Creative Cloud? UX/UI your MO? ReThinc Advertising is looking for a talented and driven graphic designer to join our design department. Becoming a part of our family means you’re self-motivated, willing to work hard, open to exciting challenges, and you love dogs.
As a graphic designer at ReThinc, you get to work on a lot of great projects including but not limited to stuff for our current set of awesome clients as well as charitable endeavors we do to stay grounded. You must be able to understand how to follow a brand guide, as well as be able to create one! We’ll need you to be comfortable with numerous types of advertising platforms that include digital, web design, outdoor, and maybe even some print.
The ideal candidate is easy going, smart, driven and left-handed. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a highly creative thinker. If you are looking for a job that makes you money and makes you happy, let’s talk.

duties & responsibilities
Work closely with our digital and account servicing teams to design and conceptualize ad campaigns
This job requires working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment – be prepared for that
Design from scratch, resize previously designed work, create brands from just a few words
Be different … at ReThinc, we don’t like being normal…neither do our clients
Be as energetic as possible every day and have a get-it-done attitude (aka hustler)
desired skills & experience
Proficient in Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign a must)
Must have an eye for advertising design
Willingness to learn and improve skills on a regular basis
Be a creative team player and collaborate with other designers
Ability to work on the multiple team projects in a fast-paced environment, and still have fun
Possess a strong attention to detail and have the ability to follow creative direction
Familiarity with WordPress a plus
