marketing coordinator

We’re seeking someone who can plan, manage, edit and coordinate projects flawlessly in a fast-paced but surprisingly clean environment. Joining our family means you’re self-motivated, willing to work hard, open to exciting challenges, and you love all dogs … even small ones.

Essentially, you’ll do a lot of great things, including but not limited to content editing, strategizing, account servicing, project proofing, product quoting, product purchasing, research, event planning, and occasionally walking the office dog.

The ideal candidate is hard-working, smart, and easy going. You’re also detail-oriented and a creative thinker. We do a lot of things collectively around here so if you prefer silos and specificity … this is not your job.

*Bonus points for having a strong understanding of project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, Slack, and Sprout, as well as AdWords, Google Analytics, and Adobe Suite. We speak Mac here too. The more you know the better off you’ll (we’ll) be.

Plan and coordinate internal events

Daily administration of project management software

Create proposals

Meet with clients

Participate in strategy meetings

desired skills & requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or related field

Passion for marketing both traditional and digital

Ability to balance multiple projects at once

Prior experience working directly with internally with teams and externally with clients

Critical eye for quality assurance before sending projects to clients

Willingness to learn and improve skills on a regular basis

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite (*Adobe Products a plus)
